In 2025, Cedar Hollow Greenhouses officially opened its doors in Gordonville, Pennsylvania, but its story began long before that. Amos started his woodworking journey five years earlier in the timber frame industry, where he developed a deep appreciation for structure, quality, and the art of building with natural materials.
With a growing desire to work for himself and do something meaningful, he took a leap of faith. What began as a small shop and a single custom greenhouse project quickly turned into a passion-driven business. Though we're still in our first year, every greenhouse built is a reflection of Amos’s commitment to quality, customization, and a personal touch.

When my wife asked me to build a timber frame style greenhouse for our backyard, I knew this was that dream! I can bring a unique product to the backyard structure industry!
While traditional greenhouses are not known to be pretty, and backyard structures tend to look generic, our timber frame style backyard greenhouses are the perfect combination of function, beauty, and charm.
We combine the traditional function-focused practical greenhouse with the traditional aura of a timber frame structure to create the perfect backyard sanctuary to grow fresh greens year around, have your own quiet space for devotions, or your green thumb partner can find peace during the winter months!
